Foster, adoptive, and guardianship parents oftentimes find themselves isolated and alone making the challenge of raising children that much more difficult. It doesn’t have to be this way. Join us in January at Bartlesville First Church of the Nazarene and start the year out surrounded by a community of like-minded women. You will have the opportunity to get to know other people in similar situations and have fun while doing so. Sapulpa Family Support Night
During the month of September, we are discussing ATTACHMENT with Dr. Brandy McCombs! The relationship between a parent and child is built upon attachment. Healthy and thriving attachments empower the child to explore, connect, and learn from their world. Unfortunately, sometimes our world is broken and disrupted. As a result, the attachments that are supposed to carry us through storms and help us enjoy life are non-existent. Join us in September as we discover what attachment really means, how your own childhood experiences shape your parenting today, and explore ways to heal and strengthen relationships.
Dinner, childcare, and a training certificate will be provided.
