Family Support Nights

Being a foster or adoptive parent can be both rewarding and challenging. We want families to know that they are not alone on this journey. We offer monthly support groups for training, encouragement, and prayer. Our hope is for families to feel uplifted, more informed, and better equipped to provide for their children’s unique needs. Dinner and childcare are provided. Training certificates for continuing education are also offered.

Birthday Cards

We partner with churches, small groups, and families to make handmade cards for children in foster and adoptive homes. Getting a card in the mail is often a novel experience for many of the children we support. It’s a fun surprise that lets them know we are thinking about them on their special day. Cards include a $2 bill!

Insight

This class is designed to provide insight into caring for children in need through foster care, adoption, and support. Participants will gain knowledge on the process of becoming foster or adoptive parents and the various avenues that are available for them to do so.

Blessing Bags

When children are removed from their homes, they receive a black trash bag to quickly collect what few belongings they can before the police or caseworker takes them to a safe place. We work to bless children in the midst of their trauma with a Blessing Bag filled with all new items that they left home without. Items such as pajamas, toiletries, underwear, socks, blanket, stuffed animal and more are all provided. They are given to children as they are placed into their new foster home.

Free! Family! Fun!

We host special events designed to help strengthen families while having fun! Our hope is to help parents provide opportunities for their children to make positive memories, grow in their relationships with their foster or adoptive family, and to connect with other children in similar situations.
